When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than May 6, 2027.

Which day is the main event?

Answer

Think of Friday as a welcome party meets wedding ceremony, a relaxed evening to kick off the weekend. Saturday is the main event, our version of the reception with all the fun, games, and celebration.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Everyone is welcome to bring a date or plus one. Just be sure to include them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but both wedding events will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we do! Please check the travel tab on our website for details on our hotel block at Foxwoods Resort Casino. We’d love to have you stay there with us! If you’d prefer other options, we recommend looking at hotels in Westerly or options like Bellissimo Grande Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn Preston Casino Area, which are both close to the hotel block.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 6:30 pm to allow time to get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 pm, and we would love for everyone to be seated before it starts.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony or the field day?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the hotel block for both wedding events. More details will be shared closer to the date. Please note that transportation will only be available from the hotel block, so we highly recommend staying there if you would like to use the shuttle bus.

What should I bring on Saturday?

Answer

Come wearing your provided t-shirt and bandana, along with athletic shorts and sneakers. Pack up your camp bag with sunscreen, a towel, a swimsuit, and a sweatshirt or sweatpants for when it cools down in the evening. And don’t forget a positive, competitive attitude!
