Ceremony

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail. Please wear polished attire that is comfortable for an outdoor celebration. Women: full-length dresses, midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits. The ceremony will be on the lawn, we suggest avoiding stilettos that will sink into grass. Men: suits, sport coats, dress pants, ties optional. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, jeans, sneakers, flip-flops, and overly casual attire.

Please note this will be a sunset ceremony followed by a casual late-night dinner. We suggest eating a late lunch, as dinner will be served closer to 8:00 PM. The evening will be centered around celebrating, mingling, and a few speeches with family and friends. There will not be a formal reception or dancing, just a relaxed and joyful night together.

Field Day Reception

2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Field Day Attire: Please wear the T-shirt and bandana - both provided to you on Friday, and athletic shoes. Dress comfortably and be ready to move, play, and cheer on your team.

Guests will be divided into teams and rotate through different scored games in the afternoon, with points earned along the way. Light snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day, but be sure to eat breakfast and lunch before arriving. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen to enjoy the water and sunshine, some games will include getting wet! We also suggest bringing a change of clothes or a sweatshirt/sweatpants, as it may get chilly later in the evening. After a few hours of games, we’ll break for dinner, and end with an evening of relaxed hangout time, beer pong, and a corn hole tournament. We’re planning a HIGHLY interactive wedding weekend centered around games, laughter, and team spirit. Please RSVP “yes” only if you’re excited to join in the fun and be part of the energy. EVERY guest will be part of a team and expected to cheer on their team from the sidelines, even if they are not able to compete themselves.
