This event is black-tie optional.
You will have time to take a Hollywood picture by our photographer before the ceremony starts. Please come on time for your red carpet appearance. If you plan to gift alcohol please bring it to the venue before 4:30pm and no glass. A security guard will be collecting the beverages at the entrance before 4:30pm. The hall entrance is titled "Hollywood Ballroom."
Ceremony
4:15 pm - 5:00 pm
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Signature drinks will be provided from 5-6pm along with a few bites before dinner at 6pm.
Grand Entrance
6:00 pm
This will be the time the lovely couple will give their grand entrance. You will not want to miss!
Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner will be provided from 6-8pm.
