All events for our wedding weekend will take place at Pat Busch Mountain Reserve about 2-2.5 hours from Cape Town. At the venue, you'll have access to hiking trails and swimming in the dam or pool so bring your swimwear if you'd like to cool off! The nearby town of Robertson is just a short drive away and is home to several beautiful wine farms.

We'll have accommodation available on-site from Thursday to Sunday. We hope to accommodate all guests who wish to stay at the venue and we'll be able to confirm accommodation availability once we have received all RSVPs on 14 December 2025. For our guests staying on-site, we kindly ask for a contribution of R1000 / $55 / £45 per person towards room and board for the weekend. Guests staying on-site are welcome to join us at the venue from Thursday or Friday.

Dress Code: Elevated Casual We'll be hosting a casual welcome dinner from 6pm and feel free to dress up if you wish. You're welcome to join us at the venue at any time during the day if you wanted to relax by the pool or take a stroll in the mountains. Don't forget your swimwear and towel if you'd like to swim. We'll provide dinner and a limited drinks selection so feel free to bring along any of your favourite beverages.

For Ladies: We’d love to see you in elegant and breathable attire - floor-length gowns, midi dresses, tailored suits or jumpsuits. Please avoid wearing white. Wedges, flats, or block heels are ideal for the outdoor setting. For Gents: Light suits or dress pants with a collared shirt. Jackets and ties are welcome but not required. Dress shoes or smart loafers work well.
