Our venue is in the heart of downtown Wilmington, so we recommend staying nearby for easy walkability. We have room blocks at the two hotels listed below—please see the descriptions for booking details and discount codes (available online or by phone). There are also many great Airbnb options throughout Wilmington. If you’re hoping for a beach weekend, Wrightsville Beach is just 20 minutes away and offers a beautiful coastal getaway. For flights, Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is the closest option, though it is on the smaller side. Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is a larger airport about two hours away and offers additional flight options.

If you want to come a day early or stay a day late, call the hotel directly Monday-Thursday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check availability of the discounted rate. Either way you make the reservation, you can enter the code up until the cut-off date (Tuesday, April 28, 2026) to receive your rate. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid.
