Hampton Inn Appleton-Fox River Mall Area

We have a hotel block under Hagen-Wentworth wedding. There are other hotels available in a variety of price points that are about 10-15 minutes from our venue. Pricing depends on whether the Packers are home that day and will be either $164/night (if home Packer game) or $124/night (if away Packer game). Hampton Inn has a shuttle service to and from the Appleton International Airport as well.

Flight

Appleton International Airport

Appleton has it's very own airport! It may be a bit more expensive to fly in to Appleton but the airport is located near the hotel and the wedding venue. Car rental is available on site, otherwise the Hampton Inn (where our hotel block is located) does offer shuttle service. Other airports are Green Bay (about 30 minutes East) Milwaukee (about 90 minutes south) or Chicago (about 3 hours south).

BustaMove Party Bus

We have hired a party bus (think old school bus that is full of fun lights, music, and drinks) to pick people up from Whistler's Knoll. We are doing an open bar for at least part of the night and we want people to get home safely. The plan is for the shuttle bus to show up around 9:30-10:00pm and give anyone a ride back to the valley who needs one. It will drop off at Hampton Inn (our hotel block) only to allow us to accommodate more people and if needed, an Uber can be requested from Hampton Inn to help anyone get the rest of the way home. This will occur twice before the end of the wedding at 11:00. At 11:00, the bus will come back to pick up the bridal party and anyone else interested in heading downtown Appleton (Cleo's) with us. YOU ARE WELCOME TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT WHISTLER'S KNOLL OVERNIGHT. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE IMPAIRED - we are hiring a bus to get people back to Appleton safely!
