The History Museum is located in downtown Appleton and has fascinating (and many local) exhibits!
All Seasons Coffeehouse
This adorable and quaint little coffee shop off the beaten path has awesome breakfast and sandwiches for a quick bite to eat (plus amazing coffee!) It's one of our favorite places for a quick meal.
Draft Gastropub
Draft is a cute gastropub with a good happy hour and delicious food. We recommend their large bavarian pretzel and the cocktail "El Diablo!"
Antojitos Mexicanos
Antojitos is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Also located in downtown Appleton, they feature a large menu (plus many vegetarian options), a margarita flight and a fun ambiance.
Fox River Mall
The Fox River mall is close to the hotel and has numerous stores. It's just a mall but anyone looking to do any shopping, it's a one stop shop!
SAP
SAP is a primarily brunch/lunch spot but they also serve dinner. They have a wonderful brunch and unique food items plus a fun atmosphere (and great Colectivo coffee!)
Tempest Coffee Collective
Tempest is a coffee shop and eatery right on the Fox River. Beautiful views, excellent food.
Paper Discovery Center
Appleton has an extensive history in Paper manufacturing and the Paper Discovery Center is awesome place to learn more about it!
Stone Arch Brewpub
The Stone Arch Brewpub is located down by the Fox River and features their own beer and a variety f good food. It's a basement brewery and has a cool ambiance.

Erb Park
Erb pool is one of Dave’s major projects for work. While the pool will not be open in September, the park is beautiful and has a newly updated playground!

Appleton has an awesome farmers market right downtown on Saturday mornings until noon. Good local food and art!
