Question

Did someone say discounts?!

Answer

Apparently being a bride does come with some discounts ... (we won't talk about the markup). You do not need to purchase anything from any list below! These are savings I am passing to you if you so choose: David's Bridal If you use my phone number when you purchase, the wedding couple gets points. Enough points and we could possibly get a free honeymoon. And they are having weekly sales right now plus their clearance is huge! (770) 403-0232 Pashion - https://pashionfootwear.com/ I only wish I had invented these!!!!!!! Heels that convert to flats ... Genius!!!! Unfortunately, they don't make them in giant size. But I did snag a discount code! BPELISESHUFORD - 30% off, expires wedding date (this code might get limited, I'm not sure) WGELISESHUFORD - 25% off, expires 11/12/2025

Question

Wait … how do I say that?

Answer

We are blessed to live in a state with a rich, diverse heritage. That also means we have some fun unique names … here is a short guide to assist with some of the more challenging ones. Rochester - Raw-chest-er - also shortened to ROC Irondequoit - ih-RON-duh-koi - the town where our venue is located. Henrietta-henry-eh-tuh- the town our airport and some hotels are located in Chili - chai-lie - I know … I know … trust me. For the first 6 years I made jokes every time we drove through the town. And yes they did formerly host a huge chili cooking competition. But nothing will single you out as a visitor faster than if you mispronounce this town. Iroquois - ear-uh-koi - the name given to the nation of native people who populated what is now the Greater Rochester Area Haudenosaunee - ho-dee-know-shown-ee - the tribe name of the native people from this region Seneca - sin-ih-kuh - the specific tribe native to our region
