Well, DON'T BE LATE!! But... if you are, please don't try to find a chair. This is a public park with an amazing view from the sidewalk and it's just as glamorous from sitting in the "Wedding Bowl".
Sorry folks -- there are no public restrooms during the ceremony. Please plan accordingly. There are, however, restrooms at the Cuvier Club where the reception will be held.
It is a three-block walk to the reception from the ceremony site. There will be signs and groups of people to follow. For those who require transportation, we will have a shuttle available. The walk is about 7 minutes and very scenic.
We have two hotels that are currently offering discounted rates for stay. These rates begin Thursday, December 6th and last through Saturday, December 8th. See the "Travel" tab for places to stay.
Sure - If you're planning on an extended stay. Otherwise, Uber/Lyft if you're staying locally might be the best kind of transportation to get the ceremony site. For those with longer-travel times that are coming in for the day, street parking is available.
Sandals. Beach attire. *Maybe* a light jacket. San Diego is known for having near-perfect weather year-round. There has been a total of ~0.4 inches of rain in the past 8 YEARS in San Diego on December 7th. Average temperature is about 70 degrees and for the most part, the sun is always out!
