Although we LOVE your little ones, our wedding and reception will be an adults-only affair.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses (or a fabulous jumpsuit!), and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. As it will be an outdoor party, we encourage our guests to wear flat or thicker heeled shoes (not stilettos) to enjoy the night to the fullest.
After the ceremony, the newlyweds will be taking pictures nearby for about 30 minutes. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour in the gardens or wander around the property to explore its history. As the church is on the back of the property, we will be asking a few of our friends who are local to help bring our out of town guests without a car to the front of the property where the cocktail hour/reception will be held.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
The Hermitage is only about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville - and most of the hotels guests will stay in. Ubers and Lyfts are easy to get to and from our venue, but there is plenty of free parking should you have a rental or are one of our in town guests.
Absolutely! We'd love for you to take photos during our event! You can post them on social media with the hashtags #hoffthemarket #starrett2021 - though we do ask that you be respectful of both our photographer and others during our actual wedding ceremony.
