Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Grand Marquis.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15pm on August 21,2026. We ask that all guests arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the start time to find their seats and settle in.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, then guest will move inside for cocktail hour and reception will be held inside the ballroom.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please put away your phones and cameras and be fully present with us. Our professional photographer will capture every moment! We encourage photos during the cocktail hour and reception.

What colors can I NOT wear to the wedding?

Answer

Please try to stick to our dress code, colors that will not go with our theme would be any bright pastel colors, greens, blues, pinks and definitely not white!

Can I bring a plus one

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

We are planning an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be those in our immediate wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, Grand Marquis is fully wheelchair accessible. Please let us know when you RSVP if you require any specific accommodations.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a shuttle service from the Residence Inn by Marriott Woodbridge to the venue and back only if you book a room. Please let us know personally if you have any questions regarding the shuttle service or booking a room.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar offering a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails throughout the cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be outdoor access?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a beautiful Patio accessible to guests throughout the evening for fresh air and mingling.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 20,2026. This is essential for us to provide accurate final counts to our vendors.

What happens if I need to cancel last minute?
