Outdoor Fun Times

Hiking or running gear. Sunscreen a must, bug spray highly encouraged. Check the forecast right before you pack and travel, since thunderstorms often materialize quickly.
We're planning to have some running/hiking/walking in a semi-organized fashion for anybody who is in town on Saturday morning. RSVP if you'd like to participate and we'll tailor our plans to fit the group.
Saturday Night Drinks & Snacks

We plan to have a gathering for anybody who has arrived in town on Saturday and would like to catch up. This will likely be at either Kardinal Hall or 3 Notch'd - basically a place with food, beer, and plenty of space. RSVP if you're interested and we'll tailor the plan to the group.

The Whole Shebang: Ceremony and Reception
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Summer Cocktail: Something put-together that makes you feel fabulous that is weather-appropriate for VA summer. Venue is indoor and air conditioned, with an outdoor roof deck.
Ceremony at 5pm (ish), followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and then general revelry and shenanigans.

Breakfast in the Park

A Charlottesville classic, we'll grab Bodo's bagels, cream cheese and coffee and camp out under a park pavilion. We're still scoping out the best parking/accessibility situation around town, so stay tuned.
