Why The Berkshires?

Answer

We've both found ourselves making theater in the beautiful Berkshires for many summers. In 2016, Ethan directed Stanley in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at Berkshire Theatre Festival (with a drag queen as Audrey II, naturally). Whenever we had an evening off, we loved packing a picnic and buying lawn tickets to Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Some of our favorite performances? Dolly Parton! Star Wars Live! Kate Baldwin singing Sondheim. In 2020 we eloped at The Devonfield Inn and we are so thrilled to return to this beautiful location to revive our ceremony -- this time with our community present.

Kids?

Answer

We love 'em, and we love yours especially! But we need to keep our wedding evening for adults only. We're happy to help arrange childcare for kids who do make the trip to the Berkshires.

Will there be a shuttle bus?

Answer

Yes! A bus will shuttle guests staying at the Black Swan Inn to and from Sunday's events.
