We ask that you arrive at The Rockleigh by 6:00pm. Upon arrival, we will have welcome drinks and snacks in the foyer. From there, guests will be escorted to the garden where the ceremony will begin at 6:30pm.

If you are not traveling via shuttle from the hotel, you can pull into the entrance of The Rockleigh, where valet will park your car for you.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Yes, absolutely! The entirety of the celebrations held at The Rockleigh, as well as the afterparty and room block at Hotel Nyack, are wheelchair accessible. Please don't hesitate reach out to us personally for any further accommodations.
During the cocktail hour and into the reception, we will be serving a wide variety of traditional foods from all around the world. For the entrée, guests will have the option to choose between grilled swordfish, seared chicken breast, filet mignon, or our vegetarian/vegan option.
Although we ask that the cameras be put away during the ceremony, we encourage guests to take all the pictures they'd like during the reception. All we ask is that if you post, please use our wedding hashtag #ToastToTavares so we get to see all of your beautiful photos!
Our Reception is scheduled to end around 12:00am. However, if you're not quite done celebrating by then, we will have a shuttle bringing guests back to Hotel Nyack for an after party.
