Will transportation be provided?

Yes! We will be providing busses from the hotels and back to the hotels from the venue. The transportation schedule is as follows: The Omni: Arrives at 4:45 PM Departs at 5:10 PM The Hampton Inn on India Road: Arrives at 4:35 PM Departs at 4:45 PM The Hampton Inn on West Main Street: Arrives at 5:05 PM Departs at 5:15 PM The Graduate: We kindly ask that you meet the bus at the Hampton Inn at 900 West Main Street. The busses will be departing Pippin Hill at both 10:15 PM and 12:00 AM

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is formal. Formal attire is a step down from black-tie. This means that tuxes and suits are both appropriate. For women wearing dresses, floor length gowns or more formal cocktail length dresses are both entirely appropriate.
