Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes; Semi- Formal: Men- Dress pants/ khakis with a dress shirt (jacket optional) preferred. Ladies- Long formal or short cocktail dress preferred. Please avoid jeans, sundresses and casual footwear.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request this is an adults only (18+) celebration including both the ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive at the venue between 3:30pm and 4:00pm.

Can I Take Pictures or Videos during the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you refrain from using cellphones in anyway during the ceremony. This is a very special moment that we invited all of you to join us for and would like everyone to be fully present.

Transportation to the hotel?

Answer

YES!! We will have a free shuttle to and from both hotels listed on our site. Shuttle times will be available at the front desk upon check in at the hotel. Please arrive to hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to pickup time for the shuttle.

What about the Bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar for the majority of the night offering beer, wine, and wells. There will be a full bar, offering a range of options available to purchase. At some point in the night, we may switch to a full cash bar. Please do not bring any alcohol, outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
