Alys and I (Stacy) met on the World Race. I like to tease Alys that our relationship started out with her hating me and trying to make my life miserable, but the truth is that Alys was a true friend from day one. She's incredibly smart, insanely athletic, and wise beyond measure. She listens before speaking, seeks to understand, and provides the most valuable insight I've ever received. She is truly one of the biggest blessings in my life.

Robin Pickering

Bridesmaid

Robin and I (Stacy) met on the World Race, where we made the terrible decision to rent a car and drive across four European countries without a GPS. While Robin and I got along well on the Race, we didn't become close until we spent a few months together in Georgia after we got home. My favorite part about Robin is how relaxed I feel around her because of how deeply she knows me and who I am. Robin is currently married and living in the UK with her husband and two boys.

Amanda Fackler

Bridesmaid

Amanda and I (Stacy) met on the World Race. We spent the last three months together and generally shared a room where we stayed up late each night chatting, and mostly laughing. I think we spent more time laughing than talking. She's remained a constant friend ever since. She's someone I can text at all times of the day or night, is always good for a smile or a word of encouragement.

My little sis (though she hates it when I call her that). From the moment Skylar was born, she was special to me. We've had our fair share of arguments, mostly over locking each other out of the bathroom, or stealing each other's clothes, but I know she is and always will be there for me. She is an incredible woman of God and has the biggest heart of anyone I know. Her heart beats for those who are suffering and oppressed and is devoting her life to helping them. If everyone was a little bit more like Skylar, the world would be a better place.

Shannon Johnson

My big sis! Shannon was someone I always looked up to growing up. She went above and beyond in everything she did. Teachers and coaches didn't set limits high enough, so she set her own. My favorite thing about Shannon is how she embraces who she is and what makes her unique. She constantly seeks knowledge, wisdom and truth. She is currently married to an awesome guy, and has the three cutest children you've ever seen.
