Salt Lake City International Airport

You will want to fly into Salt Lake City Airport (SLC). Depending on your scheduled arrival, we will try our best to pick you up. If there is a schedule conflict, we ask that you UBER or LYFT from the airport to the hotel. The drive to the hotel is about 25 mins (19 miles). Once you book your flight, please send your itinerary to one of the brides so we may coordinate your pickup if needed.

This is where the brides will be staying. We plan to stay here from Tuesday, September 30 through Thursday, October 2. This is also where the shuttle pickup/drop off will be for our out-of-state guests. See SHUTTLE section below for info on transportation. Hotel offers free breakfast, indoor pool/hot tub, and outdoor fire pit. Pet friendly. Remember to use our link to book rooms, they have saved a block of rooms for the wedding. Hotel is just around the corner from Hampton Inn where the brides will be staying. There are no shuttle arrangements for this hotel, however you may take a 3 min walk to Hampton Inn for the shuttle. Hotel offers free breakfast, outdoor pool, outdoor basketball court, and outdoor fire pit. Rooms come equipped with kitchens. Pet friendly. See SHUTTLE section below for info on transportation.

There are many rental properties throughout Utah. If this is more your style, we welcome you to stay where you are most comfortable. Maybe team up with others to make it more affordable. Please note, there will not be a shuttle provided if you do decide to rent a property for your stay. You may make arrangements to travel to the Hampton Inn for the provided shuttle service.

A shuttle will be provided by the Hampton Inn hotel to and from the wedding venue. We ask our local guests to reserve the shuttle for our special guests from out of town, space is limited. There will be 2 scheduled pickups from the hotel and from the venue: Outbound from the hotel will be 3pm and 4pm Outbound from the venue will be 9:45pm and 10:45pm (parties will be assigned accordingly) DON'T BE LATE FOR PICKUP!

Travel Note

UBER and LYFT

The airport has a user-friendly pickup station for UBER and LYFT services to get you to your hotel. It is also a great way to get around SLC and surrounding areas. Because of the location of the wedding venue, cell service is not reliable, so do not count on getting an UBER or LYFT to take you home from the venue. Please make arrangements with a designated driver.

If you plan to rent your own vehicle there are many car rental services at the SLC airport. Kayak.com and Expedia.com are great resources to look for car rentals.
