Question

Where is the venue?

Answer

The wedding venue will be held at the Los Willows Wedding Estate in Fallbrook, CA.

Question

What's the address for the venue?

Answer

Our venue's address is 530 Stewart Canyon Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the parking lot where a free shuttle service will be available to take you directly to the venue. Upon your arrival, there will be drinks available and attendants ready to answer any further questions and directions.

Question

What time does it start?

Answer

Punctuality is of high importance to the couple and, as such, the wedding ceremony will promptly begin at 3 pm. Doors to the venue open at 2 pm, and guests are highly encouraged to arrive at that time to enjoy the scenery and complimentary champagne/sparkling cider upon their arrival. If you happen to be late, we kindly ask you to skip the ceremony and arrive at 3:30 pm for the cocktail hour.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a private parking lot specifically designated for the venue. Upon arrival, there will be a free shuttle service to take you from the parking lot to the guest entrance.

Question

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. For example, this means suits, or button-down shirts paired with dress pants and a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are appropriate. We encourage everyone to 'dress to impress' while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather. Alternatively, traditional Bengali or Mexican attire is also welcome. If you're unsure, it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! We also ask that guests choose a color that fits the wedding color palette (refer to the image at the top of the page).

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden. Cocktail hour will also take place outdoors by the lake. The reception will be held indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Question

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

The San Diego International Airport is closest to the venue and is about 1h30m away.

Question

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

The area experiences temperate climates during this time of year and has highs of approximately 70 degrees Fahrenheit and lows of 45 degrees Fahrenheit. A light jacket/cover-up is highly recommended for the evening time.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner. There will be meat, chicken, and vegan options available.

Question

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website (and purchase directly from our wish list) under the "Registry" tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the venue at that time (2 pm) so that you can have ample time to enjoy the scenery and complimentary champagne or sparkling cider upon arrival.

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place on the front lawn between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, and lawn games.

Question

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?

Answer

Check out the "Things to Do" section of our travel page to see some of our favorite spots to eat, drink and explore in the area.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. After the ceremony, you are welcome to take as many photos and videos as you would like.

Question

Will there be a cash box?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cash box available at the welcome table upon arrival. However, multiple cash funds are also already available on our wedding registry.

Question

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

Festivities will end at 10 pm.
