Question

What time should we arrive and is there plenty of parking?

Answer

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to ceremony start. There is more than enough seating for everyone! Parking is available directly across from the ceremony site, however, we recommend parking up the hill by the venue itself and walking down to ceremony, if able. Please refer to the venue map above. Please, no parking or driving into the bridal house area as the parking is very limited and not a lot of room to turn around. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code? Indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Semi-formal / Cocktail Wear what makes you feel good, we just ask you to please refrain from wearing jeans. As weather permits, the ceremony will be outside so you may want a sweater or jacket. The reception will be indoors and if weather allows, we'll have the garage doors open and firepits going.

What are the bar arrangements?

Answer

We’re excited to host the bar for our guests. Once a predetermined limit is reached, the bar will transition to a cash bar. Please note: - shots are not included and will be treated as cash or card only - venue does charge a 4% credit card fee (sigh), however, no fee for cash payments

Cocktail hour details?

Answer

Hosted bar featuring our signature drinks: The Gerlach - Jameson Orange Old Fashioned (trust us, it's good!) The Minnie - TBD Hors d'oeuvres will also be served! We'll have bags (cornhole) set out and there is a small playground for the kids.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Changes day of will not be able to be accommodated, so please make sure to let us know through your RSVP. Thank you!!

Can I bring a plus-one? My kids?

Answer

We’ve carefully planned our guest list. If a plus-one is included, it will be noted on your invitation along with any kids.

Question

Where can we stay? Are there any hotel blocks?

Answer

There are a few hotel locations - please see travel page. Neither hotel offered a hotel block, so unfortunately we do not have one. There are also a lot of AirBnB's and VRBOs around the area (search Viola, WI). However, many do require 2 night minimum so be on the lookout for that.
