When should I RSVP by?

Where do we park?

Answer

There will be shuttle pickup to bring you to the venue. Please park at: St. Peter & St. Paul Orthodox Church 9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking at our venue and it is a very winding road. There will be a shuttle service that will pick you up from the designated parking lot at St. Peter and St. Paul church down the road. The shuttle ride is about 5 minutes one way and will be clearly marked that it's going to Sequoia Retreat Center. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 3:30 in the afternoon. In order to be on time, please plan on an extra 20-30 minutes for parking and taking the shuttle to the venue.

Are our children allowed to attend your wedding?

Answer

While we love and adore children, our venue is limited to a max guest capacity so guests attending are limited to those listed on the website rsvp. Thank you for understanding.

What weather should we expect?

Answer

The Santa Cruz Mountains weather can fluctuate. In July, the temperature can range from 70s-80s, cooling down a bit in the evening. The venue is mostly outdoor but the dance floor will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No strict dress code, but we recommend cocktail attire. We encourage you to wear something comfortable in case it's on the warmer side. We also recommend wearing shoes that you will feel comfortable walking across grass, gravel, and uneven ground.
