What happens now that the wedding has been postponed?

Answer

Only the date has changed - the location and times will remain the same. We will be sending out new invitations via e-mail in the new year. We'll try this again!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2021. We have decided to save some trees by choosing not to send out RSVP cards. Instead, you can RSVP right on this website!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be at Pine Valley Chalet between 3:15pm and 3:45pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot onsite. The ceremony and reception are being held at the same location so there is no need to relocate once we say "I do!"

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are very excited to have an excuse to dress up and we hope you are too!

Are there any restrictions on phones/electronics?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us at our ceremony. We will kindly ask that you turn off your phone and keep it in your bag or pocket. Phones are welcome after the ceremony.

Should I take photos?

You are more than welcome to take photos after the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please inform John or Brittney as soon as you can about any dietary restrictions!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cash bar available. Wine will be served at dinner for anyone who would like some.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

The most important thing for us is your presence during the day to celebrate our marriage, but if you do want to make a gesture, there will be a card box for envelopes/gift table at the wedding.
