Things to do/eat at the resort
Coco
Want to be basic? This is where the alcoholic coconut drinks are for $6 near Jojo's restaurant. Open till 4pm.
Cabana Pizzeria
Do NOT get pizza here. #trust We are from NY and I am telling you don't do it. You are better off with Digiorno.
La Isla pool
This is the party pool at El Dorado Royale. There is usually music playing there.
Jojo's
It says it's "caribbean cuisine" but it has a variety of almost everything. Food is good here and there's an outdoor beach bar next door with swings. #basic
Santa Fe Grill
This is a good tapas style American restaurant. Dishes are small so order a lot!!
D'italia
Good Italian food but there are 2 locations. The one at the Casitas is much better than the one at Royale.
Kampai
Not bad but not good. Bland asian food. It is very conveniently close to the Casitas rooms so I'd only go if you're too lazy to travel further.
Cocotal
Good for breakfast buffet.
Rincon Mexicano
We were told by other guests that the food was good but we have not personally tried it.
Fuentes
This is supposed to be a dinner and a show so seats are very limited. We were unable to get a reservation when we visited but try to see if they have a spot open as soon as you check in.
Generations
Generations has its own restaurants on their property: Habb (Mediterranean), Sling (cocktail bar and lounge), Wine Kitchen (restaurant and tasting room), Jade (Asian), Chef Market (American). These are all located in the same building.
