If you're good at following a map and staying in Tel Aviv you can easily walk to most places, and hop on the occasional bus when things are a little further. Download Moovit for the buses and trains schedule and also to pay. If you prefer to have a taxi service on hand, then download the app, Gett, which is similar to Uber.
Tel Aviv is the better city if you are coming for longer than just the wedding. There is far more to do, and we have plenty of restaurant and activity recommendations. If you prefer to stay closer to the venue, then Netanya is your best option. The drive to the venue is about 15 minutes and exceptionally cheaper by taxi if you will not be taking the free wedding shuttle bus from Tel Aviv and back.
If you are staying in Tel Aviv we are putting on a free shuttle bus to the wedding and back. It will be leaving from Rabin Square at 5.30pm (timings TBC) and leaving the wedding at the end, 1.30am returning to the same location. If you haven't yet signed up with us for the bus, please let us know so we can make sure there is enough space for everyone. If a 1.30am finish is too late for you, not a problem, we won't be offended, you can always get a taxi back. Bear in mind, this could cost approximately 250NIS travelling back to Tel Aviv.
The address is Sharonit - Events In Nature, Mishmar HaSharon kibbutz, 4027000 and yes, there will plenty of free parking available on the night.
By June, the weather will be heating up so keep things light. Dress code is smart casual. Ladies, please no white/ivory dresses. And everyone, don't forget to bring some comfy shoes so you can dance all night long with us.
The venue is fully outdoors but don't worry, there will be fans throughout the venue to keep things cool. The wedding schedule will be a little more Israeli than perhaps some of you are used to, but we've kept the important traditions and blended them with the love of our Israeli culture and party style.
Please let us know in advance so we can make sure to let the venue and wedding planner know. There will be a large array of reception food and evening meal food as we are having a buffet, so there will be something for everyone!
Yes, we have some great connections with excellent and experienced babysitters in Tel Aviv. They will come to your hotel or Airbnb rental and help not only while your kids are asleep but also with feeding, bath time, play time and bed time. If you need a sitter for the wedding day let us know and we'll help to arrange this.
Yes, we will definitely be doing a live stream of our chuppah for those of you who can't make it to be with us on our special day. Let us know if you want the link and closer to the time, we will make sure to send this out to you.
Don't forget to RSVP via your Paperless Post invite. This will let us know if you're coming or not. Please also register for the free shuttle bus if you require this from Tel Aviv to the venue and back. And if you're coming alone and want to bring a plus one, please talk to us and we will check if it's possible to accommodate this.
