We have reserved a block of rooms at a rate of $179 per night. While you are welcome to book any hotel and/or Air BnB in the area, all shuttles will be picking up and dropping off at this location. Use the link below or call and ask for the DePoy-Gebler room block. Please book ASAP to secure a room in the block-- rate will expire on Nov 17. **NOTE** The rates at this specific hotel have been fluctuating quite a bit. Our advice; before you book using our rate code, check the regular rates to see if there is an offer for a lower rate. Sorry for the inconvenience!
House Or Rental
Here are a handful of Airbnb listings that are within 1 mile walking radius of the Marriott Courtyard Downtown/McHenry Row, where the shuttles will be departing to and from on Saturday. If you are looking to go the Airbnb route, we recommend booking ASAP as the listings book quickly.
Flight
BWI is 15 minutes outside the city and is your best option if you are flying in. It's a major Southwest hub, so we recommend checking their prices first. You are also welcome to fly into Dulles or Reagan-- each about an hour or 2 away.
Train
For those guests traveling from up North, Amtrak is a great option to get into town. There are two convenient train stations, both equal distance from the Courtyard Marriott: BWI and Penn Station.
