Lisa Bain

Matron of Honor

University of Florida randomly assigned us to the same dorm room where we had to lock ourselves in a tiny room with a stranger. Surprisingly, it turned out our lives had been intersecting between Ocala and Hollywood the whole time and we had no idea. Luck and fate had eventually brought us together and it was a match made in heaven. We roomed together in a dorm the size of a closet for two years and weathered the stress of college life (aka organic chem for Lisa). From there our lives moved apart, but I ended up with her in Atlanta where she welcomed me with open arms and an empty couch. Though we still fight over who is the best first daughter, we will always be family. Favorite joint pastime: Naps

Tyler Combs

Best Man

We knew the same kids, played the same sports, and grew up 15 minutes from each other. We didn't actually meet until college. That inevitable introduction as college freshman set in motion a forever friendship. I've lived with Tyler longer than anyone. Tyler has been a constant part of my life since Georgia Southern, to UGA, to still being roommates after college in Atlanta and beyond. From video games, religion, politics, and bad relationships, there's no subject we weren't afraid to dive into. I know that I can count on Tyler for anything in a moments notice, and I will never under appreciate that fact. Favorite joint pastime: Summer weekend Flokos, Pop hits on Pandora, and Black Ops II (all at the same time)

Jen SImmons

Bridesmaid

University of Florida made us neighbors in the dorm and we never looked back. We went from backstage at concerts and festivals to finding our cities and husbands. I wish we ended up living in the same city, but with Jen the distance seems like nothing. She is the best at keeping in touch and a shining example of a true lifelong friend. Jen reminded me of what I really wanted in a partner which led me to David and for that I am forever grateful. Favorite joint pastime: Chips and salsa + margs

Jack Kennedy

Groomsman

I am a better person for having Jack in my life. Not many people on this Earth can stack up to how loyal, open, and honest Jack is. Not to mention his impeccable wit and ability to fly some of the most technologically advanced military aircraft known to man. Jack could always catch my jokes, even when they weren't worthy, which was most of the time. Favorite joint pastime: Together, trying to beat Kyle in beer pong, and PS3 Need for Speed time trials.

Sheenah Morton

Bridesmaid

We pledged Sigma Kappa together sophmore year at UF and I started napping in her bed immediately to the annoyance of her new roommate. After some long distance friendship, I was so excited when Sheenah and Eugene decided to move to Atlanta with Ellie. We now work in the same complex where we can take afternoon strolls to talk about life and crazy coworkers. Even when our lives get so crazy we barely speak for way too long, as soon as we are together again its like old times (full of snark and laughter). Favorite joint pastime: Bad TV and wine

Jimmy Fanning

Groomsman

I met Jimmy as a pledge in ATO, so I guess I paid for him as a friend. He became worth it though. There's no better listener on this planet than Jimmy. He can turn the dullest of group conversation into something hilarious every single time. You can debate with Jimmy, but you'll keep a smile. No one can be funnier while completely disagreeing with your opinion at the same time. Also, Jimmy loves The Office like I do, and that's a serious bond. Favorite joint pastime: Together pulling a broken pontoon boat back to a marina with pure willpower, quad strength, and a single ski rope.

Elise Barton

Bridesmaid

Elise is one of the crazy co-workers mentioned previously. We met at Hiscox 5 years ago and she has evolved into my daily therapist and one of my best friends. She is always upbeat and positive about life, usually to my dismay, but I am blessed to have her perspective. We've gone on many adventures in Atlanta, across the US and abroad. Now we are neighbors which makes it that much easier to hang out in pjs while she attempts to kill me with her 10 course holiday drink menu. Favorite joint pastime: Daily walks around Lake Rita

Will Mehall

Groomsman

I also met Will through pledging ATO, and he was one of the first guys I met at UGA. We both had similar experiences transferring into UGA as sophomores. Will is always true to himself and his opinions, and I respect that 100%. Every day hanging out with Will, is just like picking back up from the last day. Any time we get together as a group, I want Will to be there. His enthusiasm is something I strive to emulate in myself. Will loves being on the creative side of anything multimedia, and he is the best host American Pylon podcast will ever know. Favorite joint pastime: recording true studio quality rap songs in Garageband at 3:00 AM.

Danielle Schoeck

Bridesmaid

We are more than cousins, we're also lifelong best friends. Our memories span from when we had tiny little chicken legs and big heads (pics to prove it), to awkward middle school in weird JNCO jeans and brown lipstick, to trying to figure ourselves out in high school and find our place in the world during college. Our interests, views, and opinions didn't always match, but our friendship was always a constant. It is impossible to write out everything we experienced together, but I am sure we will be there for each other no matter what the future holds. Favorite joint pastime: Dancing and singing at the top of our lungs

Kyle Hardaway

Groomsman

I've never known anyone to wake up earlier than Kyle. What I started to learn is that Kyle always makes the most of his day in every opportunity. Even when being sarcastic, Kyle is one of the most positive people I have ever met. He is a true friend, not just to me, but all of his friends and family. Plus, Kyle was the only friend I could talk about guitar with, and that's a big deal. Favorite joint pastime: Waking up together at 5:00 AM to study for business school tests, failing those tests, and figuring out how to rewardingly celebrate our failed attempt afterward.

Lauren Saunders

Bridesmaid

A Psychology professor randomly paired us up in a UF class where we learned Lauren didn't know how Facebook Groups worked yet. We basically lived together for a semester as we wrote our award winning psychology paper while eating Sushi-to-Go and watching ANTM. After college, Lauren ultimately moved to NYC which made it harder to catch up, but we still ask each other advice on big choices like lipstick and nail colors. Lauren stayed on the psychology path and she and her husband continue to dedicate their lives to helping others. Favorite joint pastime: Online shopping and meeting at obscure NYC locations to catch up

Bron Prickett

Groomsman

I've known Bron longer than most people in my life at this point. Since being friends as juniors in high school to living together off and on into 2019 as working adults, we've gone through a lot together. Over time we've seen the best and worst sides of each other, but Bron is a brother from another mother. He has an unmatched positive energy, and one day we will finally nail down that new business plan. I hate to admit it, but he is the only person that I get nervous to challenge in Mario Kart 64. Favorite joint pastime: Grilling out on the patio, listening to 70's rock, and having speakerphone conversations with old friends late into the night.

Emily Nagle

Honorary Bridesmaid

I've also known Emily her whole life, but our age gap meant we went through that awkward cousin stage where she locked herself in a room to tear through my suitcase, etc. Needless to say, we've grown close since then and we continue to motivate each other to explore, travel, and grow. Favorite joint pastime: Gossiping and Sonoma

Kara Hennessey

Wedding Planner

Sigma Kappa sister, half-of-life friend, and experienced event planner. She agreed to give it to me straight and let me talk about the wedding until her ears bleed. Favorite joint pastime: UF football and eating British candy
