What is the dress code for the Big Day?

Answer

Garden Party Attire. The guys in the party will be in linen suits and light dresses for the ladies. (Flats are recommended due to the reception venue)

Is there a Hotel Block?

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation to the Reception will begin at 4:15 PM from the Best Western, following the ceremony. The final return trip to the hotel for the night will depart Oyster Factory at 10 PM.

Is there parking at the Oyster Factory Park?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty. Please park on the Eastern Wharf (left) when you enter. The Western Wharf is for boats only.

Do I have a "Plus One"?

Answer

It will be notated on the addressing of your invitation as your name "and guest" or your significant other's name.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes - but please be mindful. The reception located on the May River please be aware of where your children are at all times.

What the should I wear in the Lowcountry (SC) in May?

Answer

Well, in May, you can absolutely get away with Shorts and a Sweatshirt in the morning and a T shirt in the afternoon. For the wedding... please see FAQ #2.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
