For arriving at the venue, both a hotel shuttle and bus we have reserved will take guests to the venue. We are aiming for a 3:30pm departure from the hotel to ensure timely arrival. Please note that regardless of whether you are staying at the Courtyard or TownePlace Suites, the shuttle and bus provided will be leaving from Courtyard! The hotels are located on adjacent properties, so it is only a 2 minute walk to the Courtyard for pickup and drop-off.

For your convenience, we have a shuttle and bus running at various times for drop-off at the Courtyard. The shuttle will be leaving from Lauxmont Farms at 9:15 PM and again at 10:30 PM. A final trip will be made by a large passenger bus at 11 PM.
