What is the RSVP Deadline?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is April 1st. We strongly encourage you RSVP as early as possible!
Question
The links provided for booking a room at the Courtyard and TownePlace suites show no more rooms are available. What do I do?
Answer
The link holds a limited number of rooms at both properties. If the link shows that no more rooms are left in our block, you are welcome to still book a room at either property directly through the Marriott website.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 4pm for our ceremony beginning at 4:30pm. Note that hotel check-in is at 4pm. Courtyard and TownePlace Suites cannot guarantee early check-in, however they will have bag storage available in case your room is not ready. If you require your room before the ceremony, we recommend reserving a room for Friday night as well.

Where is the pick up spot for the provided shuttle and bus to get to the venue?
Answer
The shuttle and bus will be picking up and dropping off outside the front doors of the Courtyard by Marriott. Please note that if you choose to stay at TownePlace Suites, you can still utilize the bus and shuttle, it is only a 2 minute walk to the shuttle pickup spot!

What is the dress code?

We kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our wedding celebration. Please refrain from wearing white.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
While ample parking is available at the venue, we encourage our guests to use the hotel shuttle or the complimentary bus service provided by Red Lion Bus Company, both departing from Courtyard York.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with an indoor dining area and dance floor awaiting you. Should it rain, we will seamlessly transition the ceremony indoors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Your invitation indicates the number of seats reserved for your party. Thank you for your understanding!

What are the food options?

We will be offering a delightful family-style menu featuring a beef and vegetarian option, accompanied by a variety of tasty sides. Please let us know as early as possible if you need any special accommodations.

We have an Amazon Registry for your convenience, which can be accessed through the 'Registry' tab at the top of this website.

What time does the reception end?
Answer
The hotel shuttle will begin pickups at 9:15 PM and another at 10:30 PM, followed by the 48-passenger bus making trip at 11 PM. Our reception doesn't have a hard stop time, so feel free to celebrate with us until the end.
