Sunset Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

All White Mediterranean Chic | Think linen, flowy fabrics, relaxed elegance, and comfortable footwear suitable for walking near the beach.

Join us for an evening of sunset views, bites and drinks by the sea as we kick off our wedding celebration with all of our favorite people. Transportation will be provided at the scheduled pickup and return times for all guests who would like to join. Guests are also welcome to arrange their own transportation if they prefer to arrive earlier, stay later, or explore the island independently. 5:45 PM – Shuttle pickup from Istoria Hotel 6:00 PM – Welcome party begins at Seaside Santorini 9:00 PM – Return shuttle to Istoria Hotel We can’t wait to eat, drink, watch the sunset, and celebrate together in Greece!

Wedding Day

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Beach Cocktail Attire | For Women: Flowy maxi dresses, chic jumpsuits, and resort-inspired looks are all perfect. Block heels, wedges, or dressy sandals are recommended for the beach. For Men: Linen sets, dress pants with a button-down, or blazers with resort wear are encouraged. Please avoid overly casual attire such as jeans, flip-flops, or t-shirts. Plan for a chilly evening!

Our wedding day will take place overlooking the sea with an intimate beach ceremony followed by cocktails, dinner, music, and sunset celebrations. it will get chilly once the sun goes down so please plan accordingly! Wedding Timeline 5:40 PM – Guest Arrival & Seating Please arrive by 5:30 PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins. A live violinist will begin playing as guests arrive. 5:45 PM – Ceremony Begins Our ceremony will take place directly on the beach at sunset. 6:00 PM – Family Photos Immediate family photos will take place following the ceremony. 6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails, appetizers, ocean views, and sunset back at the hotel. 7:15 PM – Dinner Begins 11:30 PM – Music Concludes

Oia Explore Day

11:00 am - 9:00 pm

We have arranged for transportation from Istoria Hotel to Oia for any guests that wish to go explore the city with us. This is completely optional!! The scheduled transportation times are below; guests can book their own transportation as well or not attend at all; the day is yours! Bus pick up from Istoria Hotel - 11 AM Bus pick up from Oia to travel back to Istoria Hotel - 9 PM The drive is about 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. Please RSVP if you would like to join so we can get a final headcount for the transportation booking. :)

After the Aisle Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Casual & Comfortable

While we’ll be exchanging vows in Santorini with immediate family, we would love to celebrate back home with all of our friends and family! Join us for a texas style evening of BBQ, beer, live music, and celebrating together after our wedding in Greece. This will be a laid-back casual style celebration and with live music, drinks, mingling, and plenty of time to celebrate together. Feel free to come and go as your schedule allows. We can’t wait to see everyone! :)
