Is there lodging at the ceremony/reception venue?
Answer
No, since the castle is a historic landmark, there are no rooms at the actual venue. 🏰 We have a list of suggested hotels and B&B's on the Travel Page, including The Inn and Chase House at Mill Falls, where we will be staying.

How far is the venue from Mill Falls?
Answer
Castle in the Clouds is about a 30-minute drive from Mill Falls. 🚗

How do I get to the Castle and where should I park?
Answer
Use Ossipee Park Road for entry (586 Ossipee Park Road Moultonborough, NH 03254). Park in the main parking area and walk to the Carriage House. This is about a 3-minute walk on packed gravel. Relax in the Carriage House for a drink or take in the views from The Terrace while you wait for trolley service to the ceremony site at the Castle Garden. 🌷 Use restrooms in the Carriage House before you board the trolley as there is only a porta-potty at the ceremony site.

What should I wear?
Answer
Castle Garden Attire ~ Anything from semi-formal to sundresses, florals and pastels, bright prints, suits and button-downs in lighter hues. Stiletto heels are not recommended since there will be gravel and grass. 🌸

Are there any group activities planned for Friday 9/6 or Sunday 9/8?
Answer
We will be gathering at Twin Barns Brewing in Meredith NH around 7:30pm Friday night after the Rehearsal Dinner to say hello to guests who are arriving early. 🍹 The brewery is family friendly with food, drinks and lots of space and outdoor games. There will be farewell gathering from 10am - 11am on Sunday 10/8 at Identity Coffee in the Mill Falls Marketplace. Please stop by to send us off to our honeymoon in Italy!

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We have chosen to keep the wedding to just adults and a select few young adults. Parents of young children, think of this as a night out for Mom and Dad! 😉
