True love is the greatest adventure

Before the fated day of their meeting, Joe and Jessica had both traveled down dangerous and painful paths, those of which would have prevented them from ever reaching one another had they continued down them. They overcame many obstacles and although they found themselves choosing the wrong kinds of love, they knew there was a better love out there. Jessica finally followed the longtime pulling of her heartstrings and intuition, which kept telling her she needed to "throw off the bowlines and sail away from the safe harbor." Something told her sunny Oceanside, CA was the destination, so she packed the car with her plants and two kitties, and across the country she drove. Joe, born and raised and currently residing in Oceanside, unaware of her existence and upcoming arrival, was curiously beginning to look up at the sky more, specifically the Moon. 🌙 He didn't know why, but he soon would. He was reclaiming his freedom and on his own path of awakening. His friend Star was DJ'ing at a local, weekly Skate Night less than a mile from his house and told him to come by. Once he did and saw how much fun everyone was having (and how many cute chicks there were 😉), he went and bought himself a pair of rollerskates. He returned the following week, and with no practice or experience, jumped into the rink and flow of smiling, dancing faces. Jessica, who had arrived in Oceanside only three weeks earlier, was also there for her first time, meeting some new friends and soaking up all the good vibrations and energy of the skate community. Joe skated up to Jessica, who was wearing her sky-blue wig that evening, and asked her how to skate backwards. Before she could explain, he spun around on his skates, flashing that big confident smile of his. As they continued to skate together and chat, little did they know that the sun and the moon and the stars and planets and the whole universe had aligned perfectly for them, for this exact moment in time. Neither of them would ever be the same and their lives would forever be connected from that moment forward. Not long after this first meeting, Jessica and Joe soon realized that this was THE LOVE, the kind that they had waited their whole lives for, the reason they had never settled. The Love they had prayed and manifested for. And everyday, they express their appreciation and gratitude for each other and to all the energies and entities that brought them together.
