Oops! We got married!

We probably met working on a 2nd Story show together when Max was an intern and Liz was a company member. (AN IMBALANCE OF POWER, I KNOW.) Then, at the 2017 December Board Meeting (in which we also had a 2nd Story Holiday Party), Max and Liz got stuck in the kitchen waiting to surprise the board (an irrelevant detail) talking about D&D. It was another year before Ali and Amanda stuck us together working front of house for the 2018 Story Soiree. THERE WAS A LOT OF FLIRTING THAT INVOLVED GETTING EACH OTHER FOOD FROM THE BUFFET. Then, Max accidentally walked Liz to not-her-home in Rogers Park. A week of political D&D memes later, Liz asked Max out to what he still doesn't quite know was a date or not. After a night of cocktails, tacos, and games (particularly Carcassonne - which Max has yet to lose), the rest as we say is... a story. 5 years later, we got married at Ping Tom Park with our families (Dave, Margery, and Ilana for Max & Bill, Bobbie, and Chris for Liz) and those two prodigious production planners, Ali and Amanda, who got us together officiated. So now it's time to celebrate and party with our full community!
