Many of our guests, as well as Josh and I, will be staying in the cabins at the lake all weekend. There is limited availability for these cabins, which come with modern amenities similar to a hotel room.

This hotel was recommended to us by a local event planner; it's a brand-new accommodation near Radford University and convenient to several wedding weekend events! Even though it has a Christiansburg address, this hotel is only about 15 minutes from Claytor Lake.

Flying to the Wedding?

The nearest airport to Claytor Lake State Park is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, which does have direct flights to/from eight international hubs, including Washington/Dulles. Car rentals are also available from this airport, which is about an hour north of Dublin, Virginia. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (Charlotte, NC) is the nearest hub TO Southwest Virginia, and is about 2 hours south of Dublin.
