Is your venue/schedule/color scheme/everything else staying the same since you changed your date?

Answer

It is! If you received our original save-the-date WAY back in winter 2020, you have the correct details! Invites will be going out soon, and you can also find more information throughout this website. After eloping on our original wedding date (Oct. 16, 2020) last year, Josh and I will be "renewing our vows" after exactly one year of marriage, and celebrating this new chapter at a reception with family & friends. We're so excited to share the day with you! The ceremony will be held Oct. 16, 2021 at Claytor Lake State Park in Dublin, Virginia. We've retained our original color scheme and all our original vendors, and we're so grateful they've be able to adjust to the postponement.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021, so plan to be seated soon before, around 2:45 p.m.

Can I bring a date/friend/other family member?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with every single one of our friends, and their friends too! But those with plus-ones will see it notated on their invitation. Thanks so much for understanding, and contact Ashley or Josh if you're unsure whether your date is on our list.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is abundant parking at Claytor Lake State Park. Usually, there is a daily parking fee, but if you tell the attendant you're there for the Spinks-Dugan Wedding, they should let you in for free!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know if none of the entree options are suited to your dietary needs. Our wedding will be entirely vegetarian. so no worries there!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're not registered, but would love if you considered a donation to one of our favorite charities in celebration of our marriage. Thanks so much for asking!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're aiming for "Sunday best"/garden party attire, but please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We want you to have a good time!
