Pike Place Market
A must see when you visit Seattle! This is one of our favorite spots to shop for Seattle souvenirs, grab a bite to eat, and get mountain/ocean views. In this area you'll also find the original Starbucks that opened in 1971!
Space Needle
Another must see when visiting Seattle! At the top of the observation deck you get panoramic views of the city, mountains, and ocean.
University of Washington Cherry Blossoms
You're visiting at the perfect time! We picked this wedding date specifically for cherry blossom season. Though these beauties are scattered throughout the PNW, the best place to see a lot of them is at the University of Washington. The annual Cherry Blossom Run will likely also be this week.
Starbucks Reserve Roastery
The perfect spot for a Starbucks lover! Enjoy unique Starbucks drinks and food only found at this location.
Kerry Park
This cute small park offers scenic views of the Seattle skyline and Mt. Rainer (on a clear day). Perfect for those looking for a short trip outside of downtown with awesome views.
Downtown Redmond and the Redmond Town Center
Welcome to our home! This is the town we fell in love with 2+ years ago :) Walk the beautiful downtown park and enjoy a variety of eateries. Some of our favorite spots include Hoffmans Bakery for cookies/cake, Molly Moons for ice-cream, and Top Pot for donuts!
Bellevue Downtown Park and Mall
Enjoy a nice walk around the Bellevue park or go shopping in Bellevue Square! We also love to do date nights in this area. Some of our favorite restaurants include Din Tai Fung, El Gaucho, Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi, Fogo De Chao, and STK.
PGP Motorsports Outdoor Go Karts (40 MPH)
Farhad's favorite activity to do all year round! Enjoy outdoor go karting with karts that go up to 40 mph.
Mount Rainier National Park
Go see the famous Mount Rainier less than 2 hours from Seattle! Note that it may be very snow covered in March - check the weather forecast and live webcams if you are interested in visiting.
Leavenworth
A fun "German" village filled with eateries and cute shops right in the middle of the mountains! It will likely be very cold and snow covered so dress warm!
Rattlesnake Ledge Trailhead (Medium Hike)
Our favorite hike with amazing panoramic mountain views less than an hour away from Seattle. This hike is approximately 5.3 mi long and takes ~3 hours to complete.
North Cascade National Park and Diablo Lake
Worth the drive if the weather permits! Enjoy stunning views of mountains and the most beautiful turquoise water in Diablo Lake. There are many options for hikes or drive up views.
Olympic National Park
Another option stunning views of mountains just ~2-3 hours outside of Seattle. We highly recommend visiting Hurricane Ridge and if you have time to drive further in check out the beautiful Hoh Rainforest.
Poo Poo Point Trailhead (Hard Hike)
Another great hike with great views. Offers more of a challenge than Rattlesnake with its steep incline, but at the top you can pay someone to paraglide you down!
Snoqualmie Falls
If you dont like hiking then this is the "hike" for you! You can park across the street then take a short walk over a bridge to see the falls! Dine at the Salish Lodge and Spa restaurant that overlooks falls.
Deception Pass
Go on a fun ~3 hour road trip to see a lot of northern Washington as well as this popular bridge. There is also a rocky beach at the bottom to stroll on. After you cross the bridge, you can drive down to Whidbey island and take the ferry back to Seattle.
Vancover/British Columbia
Just ~2 hours from Seattle! Bring you passport and head over to the beautiful British Columbia!

Several cruise lines offer trips to Alaska - make sure to explore all of your options that leave right from Seattle! This is an amazing opportunity to see glaciers, whales, and so much more.
