Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire/black-tie optional Dresses, sarees, lenghas, suits, tuxes, and daglis are welcome! Feel free to wear any color EXCEPT WHITE OR GREY.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on a covered and heated rooftop deck. Cocktails and the reception will take place indoors.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a paid parking garage connected to the Embassy Suites called Slalom Hawk Tower Garage. Rates are ~$60 per day.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Please refer to the "Registry" tab. We kindly ask for no boxed gifts outside of the items on the registry.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that no boxed gifts be brought to the wedding.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We kindly request that this be an adults only wedding (21+) with the exception of family.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend that you fly into the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

What hotel should I stay at and is there a room block?

Answer

We recommend that you stay at the Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square where the wedding will take place. To book a room in our room block please see the "Travel and Lodging" tab.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

From the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport you can take the Sound Transit train via the 1-Line-Northgate to the International District/Chinatown Station (approximately 40 minutes). From there it is a 3 minute walk to the Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Answer
