Travel Note
Highlands, NC is a popular weekend destination, and accommodations book quickly. Once you know you’ll be attending, please reserve your stay ASAP - some places are almost booked as other weddings are the same weekend. Most hotels, airbnbs, and VRBOs require a two-night minimum. For everyone’s safety and convenience, we recommend staying within walking distance of downtown. Uber/Lyft aren’t available in Highlands, and the town has a strong DUI enforcement presence. Skyline Lodge is the only exception—it’s not walkable, but a shuttle will be provided on the wedding day only. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
