Black Tie. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo. Ladies, a floor-length evening gown or ball gown is perfect, any color, and is NOT required to be black. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest attire!
Please arrive by 4:45 PM. The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM and is planned to be outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors. The reception will follow indoors, featuring open-air elements and fireplaces.
We respectfully request no photography during the ceremony. Professional photos will be shared with guests following the wedding.
We kindly ask that guests only bring a date or plus-one if their name is specifically included on the invitation. We are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.

A complimentary shuttle will transport guests staying in downtown Highlands, with pick-up locations at Old Edwards Inn (16 Church St.) and 200 Main (200 Main St.) beginning at 4:00 PM for the ceremony. On Wedding Day only, an additional shuttle will be available for guests staying at Skyline Lodge beginning at 4:00 PM for the ceremony.
Guests are not permitted to drive to the venue, as parking is not available.
Our recommended hotels are listed under the Travel tab; however, numerous Airbnb and VRBO options are also available in Highlands. Kindly ensure that any rental is within walking distance, as ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are not offered locally. We advise securing accommodations as soon as possible, as Highlands is a highly desirable weekend destination.
Yes! You can list any dietary restrictions on the online RSVP form or on your physical RSVP card, and we’ll be sure to accommodate them.
While mountain weather can fluctuate, September in Highlands generally experiences daytime highs in the mid-70s and evening lows in the low-50s. We would highly suggest a wrap or jacket.
