CHA- Chattanooga Airport

Chattanooga has a small and convenient airport located just 15 minutes from downtown. With only 4 gates, this airport is a breeze! United Airlines, American Airlines and Delta make regular trips with many connecting options all over the country. Worth checking out for ease of travel!

BNA- Nashville International Airport

Nashville is just a two hour drive from Chattanooga. However, is in the Central Time Zone (one hour behind Chattanooga). Please keep this in mind when making your arrangements. All major airlines fly in and out of Nashville, and may have slightly cheaper options than Atlanta.

ATL- Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport

A two and half hour drive (depending on traffic) from Chattanooga. All major airlines fly in and out of this hub. This is a large airport and be mindful that the major city of Atlanta has A LOT of traffic. If you plan on renting a car, be mindful of driving during rush hour times, which can be from 8am to 11am, and 3pm to 7pm.

If you do not plan on renting a car, Groom Transportation is a shuttle van service that can bring you from either ATL or BNA airports. They offer many different schedules to fit your travel needs. The shuttle bus drops you outside of downtown Chattanooga so you will need to arrange transportation to your final destination in town- Uber, Lyft, or coordinate with Sara and Spencer!

If you are staying in downtown Chattanooga, there is a free electric shuttle that runs almost all day going north and south from the Aquarium at the Riverfront to the Historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, making stops at different blocks along the way.
