Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at The Castle at Wadley Farms - 5 E 400 N St. Lindon, UT. Plenty of parking is available at the venue!

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm on Saturday, October 24th 2026. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone can be seated comfortably before we say “I do!”

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Salt Lake City International Airport is the closest major airport to our venue and lodging - it is about a 45 minute drive.

Is there a hotel room block available to book?

Answer

Absolutely! We have coordinated with Hyatt House Provo/Pleasant Grove to reserve a block of both King and Queen size rooms. When booking, use code G-GWDO for a discount.

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can comfortably accommodate everyone and provide an accurate final count to our caterer, we kindly ask that only the individuals named on your invitation attend. This includes any children you wish to bring. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Will there be food and drink?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be followed by hors d'oeuvres, a dinner buffet, and open bar including beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. We will also have the traditional "Pittsburgh Cookie Table" complete with various sweet treats!

When will alcohol be served?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, alcohol will be served between 4:30pm and 8:30pm. All alcohol must be consumed inside our reception venue and no outside beverages are allowed.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions/allergies?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have allergies or dietary needs — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. Please check weather forecasts closer to our wedding date as October in Utah can have pretty large temperature variations!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment. Once we say "I do" and head into our reception, you are welcome to take pictures as we celebrate!
