The buffet will include:
Pulled pork and smoked turkey 
Roasted red potatoes 
Green pepper mac and cheese 
Salad

*Vegetarian Option: Summer Vegetable Lasagna 
*Due to a change in catering everyone will get a serving of pulled pork and a serving of smoked turkey.
