If you’re still in town on Sunday morning and are into vinyl, don’t miss the Keystone Record Exchange! A monthly record collector's expo in Lancaster with tons of vendors from up and down the east coast. Sunday only, 9 AM - 3 PM.

An eclectic brunch spot in downtown Lancaster and our regular go-to when hosting friends from out of town. Vegan-friendly options available!
Lancaster Central Market
It's not a visit to Lancaster without a stop at Central Market! The oldest continuously running public farmers' market in the country, it is also where we buy most of our produce when we're not growing it at home.
Zoetropolis
An independent cinema, restaurant, and stillhouse, Zoetropolis is one of our favorite date-night destinations and where we are most likely to run into our service-industry friends on days off.
Space
While Lancaster is a city of antique shops, Space is our favorite by far. A must-see destination for lovers and collectors of mid-century modern furniture, lighting, and more!
The Fridge
Hands-down the best place in town to grab a slice and a cold one. With their selection of over 400 craft beers at any given time, The Fridge's pickup option was our saving grace during the summer months of quarantine.
The Gem Den
There was a time in Cait's life when she could not walk past the Gem Den without purchasing at least one small rock, and if you step inside, chances are you will too!
Cocina Mexicana
The best place for authentic Mexican food in the city. Fun fact: we once ran into Creed Bratton from The Office there!
Himalayan Curry & Grill
The best place for Nepalese and Indian cuisine in the city. A favorite lunch spot for locals, their weekday $7 buffet special cannot be beat! (Currently takeout only, check their website for updates.)
Decades
Cocktails, dining, games, and bowling all under one roof. A great place to socialize or just kill some time.
Horse Inn
Once a stable, then a speakeasy, the Horse Inn of Lancaster has been a mainstay of the local food scene since the 1920s. Off the beaten path and up a long flight of stairs, we recommend arriving early! They do not take reservations, and the wait (while worth it) can be quite long.
Sukhothai
Our favorite Thai spot. No matter how hot it is outside, do yourself a favor and order the Coconut Soup. You will not regret your decision.
The 300 Block of North Queen Street
A one-block stop for antiques, handmade items, vintage clothing, restaurants, cafes, and more! A great spot for a leisurely stroll.
Bistro Barberet & Bakery
Not only a world-class French bakery and bistro, but also where Cait worked when she and Bill met! Once Cait started drawing hearts in Bill's lattes, the rest was history.
Callaloo Trinidadian Kitchen
Trinidadian comfort food in a relaxed setting surrounded by houseplants - what's not to love? BYOB, reservations recommended. Save room for the peanut punch!
Lancaster Sweet Shoppe
You'll know you're close when you can smell the stroopies from a block away! The best spot for a sweet treat in the summertime - ice cream, milkshakes, chocolates, and of course the aforementioned stroopwafels.
