Experience Wine Country
Paso Robles has over 200 wineries to explore. Paso Wine Week takes place the weekend of the wedding! Some of Rob and Courtney’s favorites in Paso are Paris Valley Road (PVR), Sextant, Calcareous, Aaron, and Tablas Creek. Staying in SLO? Some of their favorites in town are Baileyana, Malene, and Edna Valley Vineyard. *please make reservations ahead of time if you are able to as the wineries get very busy this time of year.
Shop & Eat in Downtown Paso
Just 10 minutes from our wedding venue. We recommend trying The Alchemists Garden, Cowgirl Cafe, Buona Tavola, Spearhead Coffee, The Backyard, and the Paso Market Walk.
Drink at Tin City
Tin City is a makers market off the 101 and consists of various breweries, tasting rooms, and restaurants. Courtney and Rob’s favorites are BarrelHouse, Tin City Cider, and Negranti Creamery.

Courtney grew up in SLO. Here are a few of her favorite spots to check out: High Street Deli, Firestone Grill, Novo, Giuseppe’s, Scout Coffee Co., and McConnell’s Fine Ice Cream.
Explore Avila Beach
One of Courtney and Robs favorite beaches to go to when they visit SLO. There are lots of places to eat and drink along the beach. If you’re looking for an outdoor activities we recommend the Bob Jones Trail or kayaking with Avila Beach Paddlesports.
Hiking in San Luis Obispo County
Courtney and Rob’s favorite hiking spots in SLO include Bishop’s Peak, Madonna Mountain, the Pismo Preserve, and the Bluff Trail.
