Yes! We’ll provide a shuttle service for guests staying at The Delegate Hotel. Departure: We anticipate the shuttle leaving the hotel around 5:30 PM EST for the short 5-minute drive to the venue. Return: The shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel at approximately 10:30 PM EST. Exact timing will be confirmed closer to the wedding date, so check back for updates!
For our wedding, we invite you to dress in semi-formal attire—think elegant cocktail dresses, chic jumpsuits, or tailored suits. While a tie is optional, we encourage you to dress to celebrate our special day. Fall colors and neutrals encouraged, but not required! Since our ceremony and reception will be entirely outdoors, please consider the weather when selecting your outfit. With daytime temperatures around 75–80°F and evening lows near 55°F, layers and comfortable shoes are recommended. One style note: we kindly request no jeans.

Yes, there is on-site parking for those driving themselves. The shuttle will only navigate to and from the venue and Delegate hotel. For guests driving themselves we ask that you please celebrate responsibly.

We’ve reserved a block of 15 rooms for our guests at The Delegate Hotel. Payment: A credit card is required to hold your room, but no payment will be charged until check-in. Deadline: Book by August 25, 2026 to guarantee availability and the discounted rate. Room Type: Rooms are “Run of House,” meaning the exact type isn’t guaranteed. You can request a King or Double Queen when booking, and the hotel will do its best to accommodate.
