Shuttle

There will be a shuttle transporting guests to and from from Homewood Suites & HollyHedge on the day of the wedding. Standard Homewood Suites check-in time is 3:00pm. While early check-in can be requested, it cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limited amount of seats for each shuttle run, we strongly recommend being ready upon arrival at the hotel. -------- Shuttle Departure Times (To Venue): Trip 1 Departs Hotel at 3:15pm Trip 2 Departs Hotel at/around 4:15pm PLEASE NOTE: Trip 2 is the last trip back to the hotel. If at full capacity you will need to organize your own transportation to the venue. -------- Shuttle Departure Times (From Venue): Trip 1 Departs Venue at 11:15pm Trip 2 Departs Venue at/around 12:30am PLEASE NOTE: Trip 2 is the last trip back to the hotel. If at full capacity you will need to organize your own transportation back to the hotel.
Hotel
Guests can call in directly at 215-343-1300 and mention the dates/wedding party or use the link below that inputs the group code SSW. This can also be entered manually on the Hilton website under special rates if it does not show. The release date for the block is 3/5/24. After this date, the link will no longer work. Rate is still honored for those that call directly, but on a first come first serve basis with any availability that remains.
