What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party attire, or semi-formal. Keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so wear shoes that will be suitable for walking on grass. For the bride's peace of mind, please avoid the color white!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you book a room in our block at the Courtyard, there will be a complimentary shuttle to bring you to and from the venue! See the "Travel" page for more details.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking for those who choose to drive. Please keep in mind that Lyfts and Ubers do not frequent the area so, if you plan to drink, stay safe and take the hotel shuttle or book a cab service ahead of time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP card indicates how many seats we have reserved for your party so, if there is one space being held, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony - our photographer will capture these special moments for us! For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #SouleMateWedding so we can see them, too! After the wedding, feel free to send us your favorite pictures via email to soulematewedding@gmail.com

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair-accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue (including restrooms) is accessible via wheelchair. Please contact us at soulematewedding@gmail.com if additional accommodations are needed.
