Like many a modern-day love story, ours started online! After a week of exchanging messages and getting to know each other, we decided to meet for coffee at Mill No. 5 in Lowell, MA. We sat at a table for two in the corner of Coffee and Cotton, and talked for hours with ease. She fell in love with that infectious smile of his, and he was in awe of her beauty and wit ... the rest is history!

We were in the Outer Banks in North Carolina for our annual vacation. We spent the day together walking around the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Whalehead Club, and had a photographer booked for pictures that evening with our sisters, Jess and Christina, and his mom, Sharon. While posing for pictures together on the beach in Corolla, he asked her to marry him. She was speechless (literally!) and, after a few moments of silence, he asked "Is that a yes?"..."Of course!" He put the ring on her finger and the beachgoers watching nearby clapped and cheered.
