What time should guest arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

4:00 p.m. Please do not arrive any earlier to allow vendors the opportunity to set up for our ceremony.

What is the latest I can arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

4:30 p.m. is the latest you may be seated for the ceremony. If you arrive late you will not be granted seating once the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, Little Black Dress (LBD), dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please do not wear PINK!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be taken place outdoors. Please make sure you hydrate, wear sunblock, and dress appropriately for the summer conditions. The cocktail/ reception will take place under the wonderful spacious tent. In the event we have inclement weather the ceremony will take place under the tent.

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes parking is available. Please make sure to follow the proper signage labeled "The Villa The Tent". Please understand that this venue can host up to 3 weddings at the same day so park at the designated spot.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If not already discussed with the bride and groom no kids is allowed. We're here to have a good time.

If not already discussed with the bride and groom no unwelcome guest is allowed.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bride and groom have graciously covered your first round! After everyone has received their first drink the bar will turn into a cash bar. Please bring cash. There is an ATM onsite.
