How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can scan the QR code on the invitation. We also will provide a paper RSVP that can be mailed if you prefer to do that instead.

What if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 10, 2026, you will be marked down as "Not Attending". We would have loved to have you celebrate with us; however, we need to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This means that there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodation for you.)

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We will definitely miss your presence on our special day! If you cannot make it, please answer “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you can no longer attend, please notify Amanda and/or Joshua as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

We kindly ask that you RSVP only for the guest(s) listed on the invitation. We’re keeping the celebration intimate and truly appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal attire. We’d love to see our guests dressed to impress! For women: Floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy pantsuits are all welcome. Please do NOT wear white! Please also try to AVOID wearing a sage green due the bridesmaids wearing this color. For men: A tuxedo or a suit and tie is appropriate. Please NO jeans, sneakers or T-shirts. Also please try to AVOID wearing a cream/ tan suit due to the men in the wedding party wearing these colors. Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an Adults-Only celebration with the exception of children in the wedding party. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have provided a list of hotels on the Travel tab, showing all the hotels that the venue has recommended to us. You are also welcome to do Airbnbs as well.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, surrounded by beautiful Florida scenery. September in Florida can be warm and a little humid, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather. We’ll have fans and refreshments available to help everyone stay cool and enjoy the celebration!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Let’s stay in the moment! We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and other devices be turned off and put away. We want you to be fully present with us as we say “I do,” without distractions or photos in the background. Don’t worry—our professional photographer will capture every moment and we’ll share all the beautiful photos with you!
